Ontivity Llc is seeking an experienced Foreman to lead a tower site crew in Dallas. You will plan scheduling, oversee safety and quality, and assist with all site build tasks per customer specs. You will read drawings and specs, coordinate inspections, and maintain equipment and logs.

Qualifikationen

• Ability to read drawings, piping diagrams and specs.

• Plan and schedule work to optimize crew and equipment.
• Oversee crew activities, ensure safety and schedule adherence.
• Assist on overall job to build and install site per specs.
• Read and interpret drawings, mounting specs, testing procedures.
• Work in a team and lead when required.
• Schedule permit inspections with local authorities when needed.
• Lead tailgate safety meetings and ensure PPE inspections.
• Prepare time sheets, expense logs and vehicle logs.
• Maintain tools, vehicles and trailers in good condition.
• Commit to ongoing industry education and tower operations.
• Other duties as assigned
