Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead field crews, install and maintain tower systems, and ensure safety and quality on telecom projects across Colorado and nearby regions. This hands-on leadership role requires climbing towers, coordinating materials and personnel, and mentoring technicians on site.

Ideal candidates will have strong leadership, at least 5 years in telecom tower work, and the ability to work outdoors in varying conditions, with travel as needed to Nebraska,

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.
• Strong organizational habits and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and lead a crew in the field.
• Comfortable outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Physically able to climb and work at heights over 150 feet.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews on daily field operations.
• Climb and perform hands-on tower work as needed.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade tower systems and telecom equipment.
• Read and follow scopes of work, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, vehicles, equipment, and daily jobsite needs.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and crew members.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce safety requirements.
• Track job progress, photos, closeout documentation, and daily reporting.
• Train and support less-experienced technicians.
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites.
