Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Civil Crew Foreman to supervise a ground crew on tower construction projects with heavy travel. You will lead safety, schedule, and quality on-site, ensuring daily reports and JSA forms are completed. This role requires strong leadership and the ability to coordinate during dynamic field conditions.

Travel is extensive (80–100%), with long hours and a safety-conscious, team-centered approach. A GED or trade training plus 3–5 years of crew leadership experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and understand drawings, piping diagrams, job specifications, mounting specs, testing procedures.
• Must be able to operate different types of equipment such as backhoe, forklift, electrical and hand tools.
• Combination of education and experience to total 5 years may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safety First – Put safety first and production second. Always.
• On-site supervision of all related construction activities defined in the scope of work, both day and night.
• Supervise and lead team members, setting clear expectations and goals; coach and develop them.
• Maintain the project timeline as stated by the Construction Manager/Project Manager.
• Complete daily site field report and Job Safety Analysis.
• Provide site scope input and ensure closeout documentation is accurate.
