Ontivity in Colorado Springs is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead tower site construction projects, install antennas and microwave components, and mentor technicians. The role requires travel, long hours, and a strong commitment to safety.

You will plan crews, manage productivity, review PPE, and ensure quality workmanship while meeting schedules. OSHA 30 and Competent Climber certifications are preferred; CDL is a plus, and background checks may apply.

• Experience in tower construction and installation activities.
• Strong safety record and adherence to PPE standards.
• Ability to mentor and supervise technicians on site.

• Lead new tower construction and maintenance tasks.
