Job summary

Ontivity is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead erection, construction, and maintenance of communication towers across sites. You will supervise tower crews, ensure OSHA safety compliance, and support the Construction and Project Managers to deliver quality installations.

The role is safety-sensitive and involves traveling between sites. Responsibilities include on-site supervision, taking charge of top-work on towers, rigging, cabling, grounding, and documentation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or GED.
• Experience with rigging and tower installations is essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tower site activities day and night to ensure safety and quality.
• Lead crew members, set expectations, and coach for performance.
• Direct top-work on towers, including rigging, hoisting, cabling, and fastening to spec.
• Perform groundwork like grounding, terminations, and testing as required.
• Ensure safety manuals are followed and lead safety meetings when needed.
