Ontivity is seeking a Civil Technician in Colorado Springs with concrete experience to support tower construction, antenna, and line installations. The role involves mechanical work, equipment inspection, and maintaining rigorous safety standards in a dynamic field environment.

Qualifications

• Must have physical stamina and ability to perform heavy labor.
• Commitment to safety and teamwork in a field environment.
• Experience with concrete and general construction knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to operate and inspect basic hand and power tools per manuals.
• DL and ability to obtain CDL A preferred or required in some projects.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical labor; operate tools such as tampers, compressors, generators, saws, pumps, shovels, hammers, wrenches.
• Assist in loading and unloading equipment onto trailers.
• Inspect and maintain equipment before, during and after use.
• Establish and maintain strong safety culture in the work area.
