Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead field crews in the installation, maintenance, and upgrade of telecom towers across Colorado and nearby regions. This hands-on leadership role emphasizes safety, quality, and on-time project execution.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years in the cell tower industry, strong communication and mentoring skills, and the ability to work outdoors at heights.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer and smartphone skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews on daily field operations.
• Climb and perform hands-on tower work as needed.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade tower systems and telecom equipment.
• Read and follow scopes of work, closeout requirements, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, vehicles, equipment, and daily jobsite needs.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and crew members.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company/OSHA safety requirements.
• Track job progress, photos, closeout documentation, and daily reporting.
• Train and support less-experienced technicians.
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites.
