Job summary

Aero Constructors LLC is hiring a full-time Tower Foreman to lead field crews on tower construction, maintenance, lighting, antenna, and RF line projects in Colorado and nearby regions.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, safety, and quality across field operations, with travel within Colorado and occasional regional work. Competitive hourly pay and per diem for overnight stays are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must pass a pre‑employment drug screen.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Must provide basic hand tools and appropriate outdoor work gear.

Responsibilities

• Lead tower crews on daily field operations.
• Climb and perform hands‑on tower work as needed.
• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and upgrade tower systems and telecom equipment.
• Read and follow scopes of work, closeout requirements, drawings, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate materials, tools, vehicles, equipment, and daily jobsite needs.
• Communicate with project managers, customers, and crew members.
• Maintain a safe jobsite and enforce company/OSHA safety requirements.
• Track job progress, photos, closeout documentation, and daily reporting.
• Train and support less‑experienced technicians.
• Represent the company professionally on customer sites.
