Qualifications
- Experience in Tower Construction, Antenna and Line Installations, Microwave Installations, and Tower Modifications.
- Willingness to travel and work long hours, including weekends.
- Valid Driver's License; CDL Class A is a plus; ability to obtain DOT physical.
Responsibilities
- Climb various heights on towers and structures.
- Install antennas, mounts, cable ladders, and cable.
- Assist in testing of sites and new tower construction.
- Perform routine and special tower maintenance.
- Troubleshoot electrical components at cell/microwave sites and lighting systems.
- Maintain safety and professional conduct; pursue ongoing industry knowledge.
