Ontivity, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman to lead field crews in tower site construction and maintenance. You will plan activities, ensure safety, and drive quality workmanship while coordinating installations of antennas, mounts, and related hardware. The role requires travel, long hours, and hands-on mentoring of technicians to sustain productivity and compliance with industry standards. The position emphasizes safety and efficiency in a growing microwave/cellular environment.

Qualificações

• Valid driver’s license and ability to obtain DOT physical; CDL Class A a plus.
• Must pass background check for government security clearances.
• Tower and fall protection safety knowledge with 100% tie-off.
• Ability to inspect and use PPE.
• Experience with self-support/guyed towers, monopoles, and antenna structures.
• Basic rigging with ropes, blocks, and tackles; gin pole experience preferred.
• Knowledge of using transits and compass for azimuths.
• Antenna alignment tool experience.
• Install wireless antenna mounts for microwave and cellular systems.
• Sweep & PIM testing experience; Anritsu gear preferred.
• Fiber scope and ODTR testing experience.
• Basic knowledge of DOT driver qualifications.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and schedule work activities to efficiently utilize crew and equipment.
• Ensure crew profitability and meeting schedule dates.
• Maintain quality workmanship and safety on the job site.
• Install antennas, mounts, cable ladders, cables, etc.
• Participate in new tower construction and maintenance.
• Hold tailgate safety meetings and complete paperwork.
• Prepare weekly time sheets and expense reports for crew.
• Maintain company vehicle and trailer in good condition.
• Mentor and train tower technicians to enhance performance.
• Uphold industry standards and safety on site.
