Job summary

Ontivity, LLC is seeking a Tower Foreman in Missouri to lead erection, construction, and maintenance of wireless towers. You will supervise tower personnel, ensure OSHA compliance, and support the Foreman/Construction Manager and Project Manager on site.

The role requires climbing to heights up to 500 feet, reading drawings, coordinating rigging and cabling, and mentoring crew to uphold safety and quality standards. Travel up to 80-100% may be required.

Qualifications

• Operate aerial lifts and platforms safely on job sites.
• Complete OSHA 10 training and competent rigging coursework.
• Knowledge of fall protection practices and rescue procedures.
• Ability to read drawings and piping diagrams for installations.

Responsibilities

• Lead work on tower top ensuring safe installation and proper rigging.
• Install up-top equipment: masts, antennas, cabling, RRUs, and related components.
• Perform coax, fiber, and line installations with testing and weatherproofing.
• Ensure safety/quality control, mentor crew, and document JSAs.
• Lead site coordination, logistics, and completion of closeout paperwork.
• Read drawings and specs; supervise tool inventory and safety meetings.
