Job summary

Capital Vacations, LLC is seeking a friendly, organized Tour Receptionist to welcome guests, coordinate tour arrivals, and support the Sales and Marketing teams. You will ensure exceptional service from the moment guests arrive and assist with reservations, payments, and resort information.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED with administrative or customer service experience preferred. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, and applicants should be able to multitask in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, friendly and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.
• Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics.
• Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed.
