Capital Vacations, LLC seeks a friendly, organized Tour Receptionist to be the first contact for guests at Cocoa. This full-time role supports tour arrivals, guest inquiries, and coordination with Sales and Marketing to ensure outstanding service from arrival to departure.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced resort environment. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Previous administrative, receptionist, front desk, or customer service experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Professional, friendly, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome and check in guests for their scheduled tours.
• Assist guests with payments, reservations, and general resort information.
• Answer incoming phone calls and provide exceptional customer service.
• Prepare daily tour reports and communicate updates to Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate with Sales Managers regarding owner gifts and tour logistics.
• Monitor tour counts and update leadership throughout the day.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
• Support administrative projects and other duties as needed.
