Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED preferred.
• Prior experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
• Computer skills, attention to detail, excellent customer service, and the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Check guests in and out; manage reservations and room moves.
• Balance cash, post charges, and run daily reports.
• Respond to guest inquiries and online reviews with courtesy.
• Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests.
• Enter maintenance/housekeeping requests and process payments daily.
