Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee tour reception, gifting and contract processing in line with SOPs. You will promote a professional atmosphere for guests and the Sales & Marketing teams.

The role involves data entry into CRS/Epiphany, cash handling, and cross-departmental administrative support, with a focus on accuracy and compliance with PCI/PII standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; 3 years office experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and qualify touring guests and assign tours to Sales Agents.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answer phones and assist with contracts.
• Distribute premiums to guests and reconcile daily tour, gift and contract activity.
• Data entry of tour and gifting information into CRS/Epiphany and run reports.
• Prepare and balance cash, down payments and site stats for Contract Department.
• File and secure documents per procedures; protect PCI/PII standards.
• Prepare Timeshare Sales Contracts and support Sales staff; maintain legal documents.
• Assist Supervisor and other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.
