Job summary

CiresiMorek is seeking a senior leader to own the Total Rewards function, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and leave administration across multiple locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years leading Total Rewards, Compensation & Benefits, or related functions.
• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Shape the organization’s Total Rewards strategy, including compensation philosophy, job architecture, salary structures, merit programs, benefits, and pay equity.
• Establish consistent compensation governance across the business, providing oversight of benchmarking, pay decisions, exceptions, and recurring market reviews.
• Advance HR technology capabilities by improving data integrity, reporting, automation, integrations, and employee self-service.
• Provide leadership across benefits, payroll, and leave administration while maintaining compliance across multiple locations and jurisdictions.
• Use workforce analytics and financial modeling to evaluate program effectiveness, identify trends, and provide leadership with actionable insights.
