Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations to lead day-to-day administration, governance, and service delivery of total rewards programs in a hybrid West Chester, PA setting.

You will partner with HR, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal and external vendors to ensure accurate compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related programs while maintaining regulatory compliance and a superior employee experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR operations.
• Experience managing complex processes, vendor relationships, audits, or compliance activities.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FLSA, pay equity, data privacy, and wage/hour requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery for total rewards programs including compensation, benefits, wellbeing.
• Develop a tech-forward strategy to improve Total Rewards processes and Workday optimization.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, vendor file feeds, and audits.
• Collaborate with HR partners, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and vendors to deliver programs on time and within budget.
• Support new programs, policy changes, system enhancements, acquisitions, and integrations impacting total rewards.
