Job summary

QVC Group is seeking an Analyst, Total Rewards to design, administer, and analyze compensation, benefits, and wellness programs, reporting to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards. The role collaborates with HR, Finance, Legal, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, equitable, and aligned with business needs.

The position is hybrid and based in West Chester, PA with onsite days predetermined across the company.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting merit planning, bonus planning, open enrollment, and benefits renewals.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation benchmarking using market data and internal job architecture to assess market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support the administration of health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, recognition, and other employee benefit programs.
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for program enhancements.
• Support annual compensation planning processes, including merit increases, bonus planning, salary structure updates, and budget modeling.
• Partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders to provide data-driven support on compensation and benefits matters.
