Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. in Pennsylvania is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations to lead daily administration, governance, and service delivery of total rewards programs.

You’ll ensure compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related employee programs are accurate, compliant, and deliver a high-quality employee experience. You’ll work hybrid, onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month, and must reside in Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, HR operations, or a related field.
• Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FLSA, pay equity, data privacy and wage-hour rules.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery for total rewards programs, ensuring accurate administration of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related employee programs.
• Develop and deliver a tech-forward strategy to improve Total Rewards processes, including Workday optimization.
• Manage annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, vendor file feeds, eligibility audits, and employee communications.
• Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered on time and within budget.
