Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Senior Compensation Partner to support compensation strategy across client groups. The role reports to the Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations and collaborates with HR and business leaders.

The position is hybrid, onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month, with relocation not offered and residency required in DE, NJ, or PA. US-based, with strong focus on pay programs and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct compensation experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in HR/Finance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic compensation partnership to HR and leaders.
• Advise on job evaluations, market pricing, offers, and promotions.
• Lead or support large compensation projects with planning and communications.
• Conduct studies to support pay strategy and market positioning.
• Develop and communicate compensation programs and guidelines.
