Job summary

QVC Group in West Chester, PA, is seeking an Analyst, Total Rewards to partner with HR, Finance, Legal and Payroll to design and administer compensation, benefits and wellness programs. This hybrid role requires you to be onsite several days per month with relocation not offered.

The position demands 2+ years in total rewards or related fields, experience with Workday/ADP/ServiceNow, and strong data analysis capabilities. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, total rewards, HR operations, finance, or related field.
• Experience supporting merit planning, open enrollment, or wellness programs.
• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow or similar.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation benchmarking using market data and internal job architecture.
• Assist in health, welfare, retirement, leave, wellness, and other benefit programs.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for program enhancements.
• Support annual compensation planning, merit increases, bonus planning, and budget modeling.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business leaders on data-driven decisions.
