The Senior Manager, Total Rewards Operations supports QVC, reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards, and leads the day-to-day administration, governance, process improvement, and service delivery of total rewards programs. In this role, you'll help ensure compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related employee programs are delivered accurately, consistently, and in compliance with applicable policies and regulations, while creating a high-quality employee and manager experience.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our West Chester, PA location several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: Delaware, New Jersey, or Pennsylvania. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
Lead operational delivery for total rewards programs, ensuring accurate administration of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and related employee programs. Develop and deliver a tech-forward strategy to improve Total Rewards processes, including identifying opportunities to better optimize Workday functionality. Manage recurring total rewards processes such as annual compensation cycles, benefits enrollment, vendor file feeds, eligibility audits, employee communications, and issue resolution. Partner with HR Business Partners, Payroll, HRIS, Finance, Legal, and external vendors to ensure programs are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities. Support the implementation of new programs, policy changes, system enhancements, acquisitions, integrations, and other business initiatives impacting total rewards operations.
8+ years of relevant experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, HR operations, or a related field. Experience managing complex processes, recurring operational cycles, vendor relationships, audits, or compliance-driven activities. Experience with HR technology platforms such as Workday, ADP, ServiceNow, or similar systems. Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and related compliance requirements, including areas such as ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FLSA, pay equity, data privacy, and wage and hour requirements. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. #LI-AC5
