Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a compensation-focused role.
• Deep expertise in compensation strategy, salary structures, job evaluation, and pay equity.
• Strong working knowledge of benefits administration and compliance.
• Proficiency with HRIS systems and compensation analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or professional certification preferred in HR, Business, or Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and administration of base salary structures, variable pay programs, merit increases, and incentive plans.
• Conduct market benchmarking, internal equity studies, and compensation modeling for roles.
• Serve as SME on compensation and benefits for HR business partners and leaders.
• Lead the annual compensation review cycle and merit planning.
• Monitor compensation trends and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Oversee HRIS data integrity and compensation tools.
