RG&T Solutions seeks a Total Rewards leader to manage and optimize compensation and benefits programs that support recruiting and retention.

You will lead the design and administration of salary structures, incentive plans, and benefits, conduct market benchmarking, apply HR analytics to assess effectiveness, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with HR, finance, and operations to align total rewards with organizational goals.

Qualificações

• Strong knowledge of compensation/benefits, benchmarking and incentive design, HR data analytics, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven leadership and partnership skills.

• Lead design, administration, and continuous improvement of salary structures, incentive programs, and benefits plans.
