Job summary

Compensation Jobs seeks a senior Total Rewards leader to design, implement, and manage company-wide compensation, incentive, and benefits programs in the United States. You will partner with senior leadership to align total rewards with business goals and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities include market pricing, bonus programs, risk management, and chairing the Total Rewards Committee. This role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and data-driven decision making to attract and retain

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in Total Rewards leadership.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• Background in multi-state hospitality or multi-unit operations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and ongoing management of compensation strategy, pay bands, incentive programs.
• Establish salary frameworks through market pricing and benchmarking analyses.
• Chair the Total Rewards Committee and align strategies with business objectives.
• Oversee annual compensation reviews, including merit, bonus, and promotions.
• Monitor benefits programs and oversee policy development and vendor relations.
