Job summary

Uponor, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Compensation and Benefits to design, administer and ensure legal compliance of BFS Americas employee benefits and compensation programs.

You will partner with external brokers and internal teams to optimize programs, oversee Well-being initiatives, and lead total rewards in the US and Canada from the hybrid headquarters in Apple Valley, MN. The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in benefits/compensation, plus strong leadership and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years benefits and compensation experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of federal and state regulations including FLSA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, SECTION 125, Medicare, Social Security and DOL.
• Experience with Workday HRIS Benefits and Advanced Compensation modules; Canadian benefits knowledge is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and administration of US/Canada benefits and retirement programs; oversee compensation structures and salary planning.
• Manage external broker and benefit providers; align with global compensation philosophies.
• Direct a local Total Rewards team; provide coaching and performance feedback throughout the year.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, open enrollment, audits, and government filings.
