Affiliated Monitoring, Inc. is seeking a senior leader to design, administer, and evolve our compensation programs.

You will conduct market analyses to ensure competitiveness and aligned talent strategies while developing salary structures, pay ranges, and guidelines. You will partner with HR and business leaders on decisions for hires, promotions, and transfers, and oversee annual compensation planning and incentives.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive compensation, benefits, or total rewards experience.
• Strong knowledge of compensation benchmarking, salary structures, job evaluation, and market pricing.
• Hands-on experience administering and evaluating employee benefit programs.
• Experience working with benefits brokers, carriers, and survey providers.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with HRIS, benefits, and compensation systems.
