Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in HR, Business, or related field.
• 4+ years of HR experience with benefits administration, HRIS data, and analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills: pivots, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling.
• Hands-on experience extracting, validating, analyzing, reconciling, and reporting HRIS data.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, organization, communication, and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize a large, changing workload and handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Benefits administration (25%): health, welfare, retirement, leaves, wellness for US-based employees; enrollments, support, vendor coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for benefits questions, issue resolution, escalations.
• Lead Open Enrollment end-to-end: planning, communications, testing, reporting, post-enrollment audits.
• Coordinate 401(k), leaves of absence, and other benefits with federal/state/local requirements.
• Manage benefits reporting, audits, and annual surveys; propose improvements.
• HRIS management (25%): primary regional HRIS analyst for data quality, reporting, system enhancements, testing, and process improvement across ADP and Oracle-based HR platform.
• Maintain data quality through audits, validation, reconciliations, and issue resolution.
• Collaborate with regional stakeholders and global HQ to resolve system issues and support data flow.
• Compensation administration (20%): contribute to surveys, market pricing, job evaluations, equity reviews, analyses.
• Support annual compensation and incentive cycles with analysis and reporting.
• HR reporting and workforce analytics (20%): analyze onboarding, attrition, exit interviews; build workforce analytics for hiring, retention, compensation, planning, and labor costs.
• Prepare ad hoc payroll analysis and executive reporting; support budgets as needed.
• Organizational labor budget (10%): assist with annual labor-budget planning and oversight.
