Job summary

ZIM is seeking a data-driven HR professional to administer U.S. benefits, support HRIS and compensation analytics, and deliver executive reporting for the Americas region.

You will drive data quality, process improvements, and open enrollment activities while partnering with vendors and business leaders. The role emphasizes compliance, analytical decision making, and delivering insights to optimize workforce programs and employee experience across the United States.

Qualifications

• 4+ years relevant HR experience.
• 5-7 years in Total Rewards, Benefits, HRIS, or HR Analytics.
• Advanced Excel skills, pivot tables and data modeling.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or ADP HRIS systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills, with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage competing priorities while handling confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs for U.S.-based employees.
• Serve as primary contact for benefit inquiries, issue resolution, and escalation management.
• Lead the annual Open Enrollment process, including planning, communications, system testing, reporting, and post-enrollment audits.
• Coordinate 401(k), leave of absence, and other benefit program administration ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Manage benefit-related reporting, audits, and annual survey submissions.
• Develop workforce analytics reporting to support hiring, retention, compensation, and labor cost decisions.
• Assist with ad hoc payroll reports and monthly costs for target groups.
• Conduct market pricing, job evaluations, internal equity assessments, and compensation analyses.
