Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Total Rewards & Benefits Analyst for a large client in Virginia Beach, VA. You will administer health and welfare benefits, retirement plans, leaves, and wellness programs while serving as a hands-on resource for employees and HR partners.

Responsibilities include benefits administration, vendor coordination, Open Enrollment support, HRIS data management in Oracle Fusion and ADP, and benefits analytics with Excel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HR/Total Rewards experience.
• Experience with Total Rewards platforms such as Workday, ADP, Oracle HCM.
• Strong, hands-on Benefits Administration experience.
• Experience administering medical, dental, vision, 401(k), leaves, and inquiries.
• Experience supporting Open Enrollment, including enrollment activity, reporting, reconciliation, audits, and post-enrollment cleanup.
• Experience working with benefits carriers, vendors, payroll, HR Business Partners, and employees.
• Experience using an HRIS for data updates, reporting, troubleshooting, data extraction, auditing, and reconciliation.
• Compensation experience involving market pricing, job matching, or internal equity reviews.
• Strong Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day employee benefits administration, including health, retirement, leave, and wellness initiatives.
• Support employees with benefits questions and coordinate with vendors, payroll, and HR Business Partners to resolve issues.
• Assist with Open Enrollment, including enrollment support, reporting, reconciliation, and post-enrollment follow-up.
• Use Oracle Fusion and ADP to maintain, review, and reconcile employee and benefits information.
• Run HRIS reports, validate data, troubleshoot issues, and support HRIS requests.
• Analyze HR and benefits data in Excel using PivotTables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Support compensation activities, including market benchmarking and surveys.
• Prepare HR reports and workforce analytics related to benefits, hiring, retention, compensation and labor costs.
• Assist with HR process improvements to data accuracy and the employee experience.
