Job summary

Current is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Benefits to manage benefits programs across our growing network of firms. You will resolve issues with employees and vendors, maintain accurate enrollment data, and support open enrollment and acquired-firm transitions.

You will collaborate with Total Rewards, Payroll, HRIS, and external providers to ensure accurate benefits administration and timely reporting. A bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in benefits is required, with strong Excel and HRIS skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 3+ years of employee benefits experience, including benefits administration, open enrollment, and vendor coordination.
• Experience administering employee leaves of absence.
• Working knowledge of health and welfare benefits and applicable requirements, including ERISA, COBRA, ACA, and FMLA.
• Strong Excel skills and experience working with HRIS or benefits administration systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to independently investigate and resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Administer health and welfare benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, spending accounts, and retirement programs.
• Resolve eligibility, enrollment, coverage, and payroll deduction issues in partnership with employees, vendors, Payroll, and HRIS.
• Support annual open enrollment, including system testing, employee communications, data validation, and reconciliation of elections.
• Administer employee leaves of absence, including eligibility review, documentation, deadline tracking, benefits continuation, and return-to-work coordination.
• Reconcile carrier invoices, enrollment records, and payroll deductions; investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.
• Maintain accurate benefits data across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems and support benefits-related system testing and implementations.
• Prepare benefits reporting, census data, cost analyses, and other information supporting renewals, budgeting, and plan administration.
• Support benefits onboarding and transitions for acquired firms, including employee data collection, enrollment readiness, and documentation of firm-specific arrangements.
• Coordinate with carriers, brokers, administrators, and other vendors to resolve employee issues and support effective service delivery.
• Maintain benefits procedures, employee resources, and confidential records in accordance with applicable requirements.
