Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking a Senior Analyst, Regional Benefits Operations to lead U.S. employee benefits program administration and stakeholder collaboration. The role focuses on health & welfare and retirement plans, leave management, and wellness initiatives for a large workforce.

You will drive data-driven process improvements, optimize benefits operations, and manage vendor relationships across HR and business stakeholders. Strong Excel and HR system experience are required.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of U.S. benefits administration experience.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, FMLA, ADA and retirement/health plans.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, Oracle Cloud, ADP, ServiceNow.
• Strong communication, customer service and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration and communication of U.S. employee benefits programs, including health & welfare plans, retirement plans, leave of absence, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs for a large workforce.
• Manage benefits operations and vendor relationships, including annual enrollment, retirement administration, employee escalations, data accuracy, invoice reconciliation, and benefits portal maintenance.
• Drive process improvement and analytics initiatives by leveraging data, technology, reporting, dashboards, and trend analysis to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
• Collaborate across HR, vendors, and business stakeholders while leading projects and supporting benefits-related policy decisions.
