The position supports about 575 U.S.-based employees, working with regional and global HR teams and HR technology vendors to deliver accurate insights and cost controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least four years of HR experience with benefits administration, HRIS data, and analytics.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Hands-on experience extracting, validating, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting HRIS data.
• Ability to learn, navigate, and troubleshoot complex HR systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Benefits Administration — administer U.S. benefits programs and lead Open Enrollment.
• HRIS Management — maintain data integrity, reporting, testing, and system improvements for ADP and Oracle HR platform.
• Compensation Administration — support market research, job evaluations, and compensation analyses.
• HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics — analyze HR metrics, develop workforce analytics, and provide executive reports.
• Labor Budget Management — assist with annual labor-budget planning and forecasting.
