Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 4+ years of HR experience required.
• 5–7 years in Total Rewards, Benefits, HRIS or HR Analytics preferred.
• Advanced Excel with pivot tables, lookups, formulas, and data modeling.
• Experience using HRIS for data extraction, validation, analysis and reporting (Oracle Fusion or ADP preferred).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Administer health, welfare, retirement, leave, and wellness programs for U.S.-based employees, ensuring accurate enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Serve as primary contact for benefit inquiries and escalation management.
• Lead annual Open Enrollment planning, communications, testing, reporting, and post-enrollment audits.
• Coordinate 401(k), leave of absence, and other benefits in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Manage benefit-related reporting, audits, and survey submissions.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee experience and program effectiveness.
• Support Oracle Fusion and ADP data integrity, reporting, and system enhancements as HRIS analyst.
• Ensure data integrity through audits, validation, reconciliation, and monitoring.
• Participate in compensation survey submissions and market pricing analyses.
• Support annual compensation and incentive processes with data analysis and reporting.
