Job summary

PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst in Virginia Beach to manage benefits programs, HRIS integrity, and analytics. The role focuses on Open Enrollment, dashboard development, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or Oracle Fusion, with Power BI/Tableau experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in Benefits, HRIS, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics.
• Strong benefits administration experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong HRIS knowledge and systems aptitude.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate accomplishments and contributions from previous roles.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, leave, and wellness plans.
• Lead Open Enrollment and serve as a resource for employee benefits inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, reporting, audits, and system enhancements.
• Develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports.
• Support compensation analysis and annual planning activities.
• Assist with labor budgeting and workforce planning initiatives.
