PeopleShare by PROMAN is seeking a Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst in Virginia Beach to manage benefits programs, HRIS integrity, and analytics. The role focuses on Open Enrollment, dashboard development, and workforce planning.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in HR, strong Excel skills, and experience with HRIS platforms such as ADP Workforce Now or Oracle Fusion, with Power BI/Tableau experience as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of HR experience, preferably in Benefits, HRIS, Total Rewards, or HR Analytics.
• Strong benefits administration experience required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Strong HRIS knowledge and systems aptitude.
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or Oracle Fusion preferred.
• Power BI or Tableau experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to clearly articulate accomplishments and contributions from previous roles.

Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst

Virginia Beach, VA (On-Site 4 Days/Week, 1 Remote Day)

Salary: Up to $100,000

Start Date: ASAP

We are seeking an analytical and detail-oriented Total Rewards & HRIS Analyst to support benefits administration, HR systems, workforce analytics, and reporting. This role is ideal for an HR professional with strong benefits experience, advanced Excel skills, and a passion for leveraging data to improve HR processes and employee experience.

Additional Information

• Reports to the Regional Director, Total Rewards & HRIS Americas.
• Compensation experience is helpful but not the primary focus of this role.
