Rheem North America in Atlanta, GA seeks a Total Rewards Analyst, HR Technology (HRIT) to lead Compensation, Benefits, Payroll readiness and Total Rewards technology within the Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. You will own end-to-end configurations, ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with HR, Finance and Payroll teams.

This hybrid role requires collaboration across regions, with in-office Monday–Thursday and remote Fridays, contributing to accurate and efficient rewards

Job description

The Total Rewards Analyst, HR Technology (HRIT) serves as the strategic functional lead for Compensation, Benefits, Payroll readiness, and Total Rewards technology processes within Rheem’s Oracle Fusion HCM ecosystem. This role drives end-to-end ownership of Total Rewards modules — ensuring platform optimization, data integrity, regulatory compliance, and seamless coordination between HR, Finance, and Payroll operations. Working at the intersection of HR technology and total rewards strategy, this position is essential to enabling accurate, efficient, and compliant compensation and benefits delivery across Rheem’s global industrial manufacturing workforce.

This position will serve Rheem North America, located in Atlanta, GA (Hybrid). This role follows our hybrid work arrangement, with team members working in the office Monday through Thursday and remotely on Fridays.
