Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years in HR with benefits administration, HRIS and analytics exposure.
• Advanced Excel skills with pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas and data modeling.
• Hands-on experience extracting, validating, reconciling, analyzing, and reporting HRIS data.
• Ability to learn and troubleshoot complex HR systems.
• Proficiency with Word and PowerPoint; strong communication and organization.

• Benefits Administration — manage U.S. programs, open enrollment, and benefits reporting.
• HRIS Management — data integrity, testing, data issues, and cross-system coordination.
• Compensation Administration — support market pricing, job evaluations, and equity analyses.
• HR Reporting & Workforce Analytics — develop HR metrics and ad hoc payroll analyses.
• Labor Budget Management — assist with annual labor-budget planning and cost control.
