Advisor360° is seeking a hands-on Total Rewards Analyst to support compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs across a multi-state workforce. You’ll manage data integrity in Rippling, assist with pricing and market benchmarking, and drive analytics that inform leadership decisions.

You’ll collaborate with People Partners, Talent Acquisition, and Payroll to ensure accurate, equitable compensation, benefits, and compliance across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical skills: advanced Excel or Google Sheets; HR analytics/BI tools is a plus.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; Rippling preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and multi-state payroll considerations.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a hands-on analyst supporting the Total Rewards portfolio: compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs.
• Support the annual compensation cycle: build merit, bonus, and equity models, prepare manager materials, and validate data before and after changes load.
• Assist with market pricing and job leveling using survey data, and help maintain job architecture, salary ranges, and band placement as roles evolve.
• Prepare analysis for offers, promotions, and internal equity requests with data-backed recommendations.
• Partner with the Senior Manager, Total Rewards on benefits administration, including open enrollment and vendor coordination.
• Maintain compensation and benefits data integrity in HRIS (Rippling) including audits.
• Partner with Payroll on accuracy for every cycle: audit, reconcile deductions and employer contributions.
• Build and refine reports and dashboards (pay equity, compa-ratios, bonuses, equity utilization).
• Support compliance work: pay transparency, ACA, ERISA, 5500 filings, and state rules.
