Job summary

Propelis seeks a Total Rewards Analyst to lead administration and analytics for compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. You will manage day-to-day Total Rewards operations, collaborate with HR partners, and provide data-driven insights to support global initiatives.

The role emphasizes governance, data quality, and process improvement across HRIS, payroll, and vendor systems, with a focus on compliance and employee experience. Remote work in the US is supported.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent relevant experience.
• 3+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or a related Total Rewards discipline.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs, ensuring accurate execution of ongoing business operations and a positive employee experience.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for employee and manager inquiries, providing guidance on compensation, benefits, policies, processes, and program administration.
• Conduct compensation market pricing, survey matching, benchmarking, and job evaluation to support salary structures, hiring decisions, pay actions, and internal equity.
• Coordinate and support the annual Open Enrollment process, including project planning, system configuration and testing, vendor coordination, employee communications, reporting, issue resolution, and post-enrollment audits.
