Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Analyst to support administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs. You will partner with HR and leaders to promote competitive compensation structures and data-driven insights.

The role requires analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and advising day-to-day program administration in a hybrid work environment. Related experience in HR analytics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in HR, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in benefits, compensation, total rewards, or HR analytics.
• Experience in property management or multifamily industry preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of benefits and compensation principles, market trends, and applicable laws.
• Strong data analysis, attention to detail, and ability to communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit enrollment, utilization, cost, and engagement data; provide insights and recommendations.
• Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and coordinate with vendors for data accuracy.
• Support benefit plan compliance, reporting, and audits.
• Provide compensation guidance for offers, promotions, salary adjustments, and retention decisions.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking for positions; manage survey participation.
• Maintain job and compensation structure, including salary grades and pay ranges.
• Support annual compensation and incentive planning processes and budget forecasting.
• Collaborate with HR leadership and accounting during month-end close.
• Produce ad hoc analytics, reporting, and other duties as assigned.
