Job summary

Greif is seeking a Sr Analyst - Total Rewards to design and manage compensation programs across the organization. The role collaborates with HR partners to deliver consultation, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive global total rewards initiatives.

The successful candidate will analyze data, benchmark market pay, and support incentive plans while maintaining strict data confidentiality. Hybrid work with one in-office day per week is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, or related field with 5 years of experience in compensation roles.
• Experience using compensation software for data analysis, market research, and administration.
• Knowledge of laws and compliance related to compensation (FLSA, equal pay, tax rules).
• Ability to conduct market research and benchmarking to inform salary structures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate, document, and implement compensation programs.
• Ensure compensation programs comply with internal policies and regulations.
• Develop global total rewards policies and procedures.
• Create and maintain documentation and communications for total rewards programs.
• Support global/local/sales incentive plans including base pay and annual reviews.
• Promote equity in compensation and address pay disparities.
• Partner with HR leaders to provide guidance and consultation.
• Address inquiries and provide recommendations on compensation matters.
• Develop training and timelines for compensation programs and processes.
• Validate load files for job profile and compensation changes.
• Benchmark projects and data-driven reporting to inform decisions.
