Job summary

Advisor360° is seeking a hands-on Total Rewards analyst in Needham, MA to support compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs. You will help with annual compensation cycles, market pricing, job leveling, and data integrity in Rippling and payroll systems.

You’ll prepare data-backed recommendations for offers, promotions, and internal equity, and partner with Payroll and HR teams on audits, benefits, and compliance. A small, collaborative team awaits.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Hands-on HRIS experience; Rippling preferred.
• Familiarity with payroll processes and multi-state payroll considerations.
• Knowledge of compensation practices (pricing, leveling, salary structures, merit and bonus cycles) and equity compensation.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Nice to have CCP/CEBS or similar certification; experience in financial services or wealthtech.

Responsibilities

• Support total rewards data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems; run audits and ensure accuracy.
• Assist with market pricing, job leveling, and salary range placement as roles evolve.
• Prepare analysis for offers, promotions, and internal equity requests with data-backed recommendations.
• Build reports and dashboards on pay equity, compa-ratios, bonus and equity usage, and benefits cost.
• Coordinate benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor coordination, and employee inquiries.
• Partner with Payroll to audit and reconcile compensation changes and deductions.
• Support compliance work including ACA, ERISA, and 5500 filings.
