You will partner with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition to translate data into actionable recommendations, develop dashboards, and ensure data integrity across Total Rewards initiatives. The role requires strong Excel, HRIS experience, and 3–5 years of experience in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of compensation analysis, Total Rewards, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Experience with compensation benchmarking and market pricing.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with HRIS or compensation management platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conduct compensation benchmarking, market pricing, salary surveys, and job evaluations.
• Analyze salary structures, internal equity, pay compression, and market trends.
• Support annual compensation planning, merit increases, promotions, bonuses, and salary adjustments.
• Develop compensation models, forecasts, and reports for leadership.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and Talent Acquisition on planning and policy guidance.
• Leverage HRIS data to deliver Total Rewards insights and dashboards.
