Job summary

Propelis is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs. You will manage day-to-day Total Rewards operations, provide data-driven insights, and partner with HR and Finance to ensure compliant, competitive programs.

You will handle market pricing, Open Enrollment, merit processes, vendor coordination, and data governance across HRIS and payroll systems, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• 3+ years in compensation, benefits, or Total Rewards.
• Experience with US benefit renewals and HRIS data.
• Progress toward CCP/GRP is a plus.
• Strong Excel, benchmarking, and data modelling skills.
• Excellent communication and analytical abilities.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day compensation, benefits, wellbeing, and recognition programs.
• Serve as primary contact for employee and manager inquiries on compensation and benefits.
• Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and job evaluation to support salary structures.
• Coordinate Open Enrollment with planning, vendor coordination, and communications.
• Support annual compensation processes: merit, budgeting, audits, and tooling.
• Build recurring and ad hoc reports and dashboards for decision making.
