Job summary

RPM Living is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Analyst to support the administration, analysis, and continuous improvement of Total Rewards programs. You will provide data insights, assist with program administration, and partner with HR and business leaders to ensure competitive, accurate compensation practices.

You will analyze market trends, support annual planning, and help maintain salary structures while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; related experience may substitute for education.
• 2+ years' experience in benefits, compensation, total rewards, HR analytics, or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of benefits/compensation principles, market trends, and applicable laws.

Responsibilities

• Analyze benefit enrollment, utilization, cost, and engagement data; provide insights and recommendations.
• Perform benefit audits, reconciliations, and coordinate with vendors for accurate data.
• Support benefit plan compliance, reporting, documentation, and audits.
• Identify opportunities to improve benefit processes and associate experience.
• Provide compensation guidance on offers, promotions, salary adjustments, and retention.
• Conduct market pricing and benchmarking to support salary structure recommendations.
• Maintain job and compensation structures, including salary grades and pay ranges.
• Support annual compensation and incentive planning processes and reporting.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to budget and forecast for HR.
