Advisor360° is seeking a Total Rewards Analyst for its Needham, MA office in a hybrid role. You will support compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs, while ensuring data integrity across HRIS and payroll systems.

You will assist with market pricing, job leveling, and salary structures, delivering data-backed recommendations for offers and promotions. The role emphasizes analytics, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HR analytics.
• Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills; familiarity with HR BI tools is a plus.
• Hands-on HRIS experience required; Rippling preferred.
• Knowledge of payroll processes and multi-state considerations.
• Understanding of compensation practices and benefits administration.

Responsibilities

• Support the Total Rewards portfolio: compensation, benefits, equity, and rewards programs.
• Assist with market pricing, job leveling, and salary bands; maintain job architecture.
• Prepare analysis for offers, promotions, and equity requests with data-backed recommendations.
• Partner on benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor coordination, and questions.
• Ensure data integrity in HRIS and payroll systems; audit changes and deductions.
• Build reports and dashboards on pay equity, compa-ratios, and benefits usage.
