Job summary

The Boucher Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor for its growing service department. Responsibilities include listening to customers, clarifying problems, performing inspections, test drives, reviewing maintenance records, and preparing repair orders with clear descriptions.

Experience is preferred but training is offered; a positive attitude, proactiveness, and world-class customer service are highly valued.

Position

The Boucher Automotive Group is looking to hire a Service Advisor for their growing service department. Job duties include but are not limited to, determining automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; clarifying the description of problems; conducting inspections; taking test drives; checking vehicle maintenance records; examining service schedules. Preparing repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required; obtaining approval signatures; entering RO into a service database system.
