Job summary

Qualifications

• Ford & CDK experience preferred.
• Motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
• Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose automotive problems by listening to symptoms, inspecting vehicles, and test driving as needed.
• Prepare and enter repair orders describing symptoms, problems, causes and required services; obtain approvals.
