Job summary

The Boucher Group in Wisconsin is seeking a Service Advisor for its growing service department. Responsibilities include listening to customers, clarifying problems, performing inspections, test drives, reviewing maintenance records, and preparing repair orders with clear descriptions.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not required; willing to train the right candidate.
• Must have equipment maintenance and product knowledge.
• Ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, outgoing, proactive, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have top-rated CSI standards and a focus on world-class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Determine automotive problems by listening to customer descriptions and clarifying issues.
• Conduct inspections, take test drives, check maintenance records, and examine service schedules.
• Prepare repair orders describing symptoms, problems, and required repairs; obtain approvals and enter RO into the service database.
